“When I first moved here 2 months ago Alexandria the apartment manager was very nice and attentive. She answered all the questions I needed answered. Whenever I put in a work order it doesn’t take long for JT to come out fix what I need fixed and I appreciate that from him.”

“The staff here is so friendly and accommodating!! Move in was a breeze with them and they were very flexible which made everything so smooth! JT, the maintenance guy is awesome, I get to see and chat with him practically every morning while he’s picking up the lot. Have loved living here so far”

“I’ve had a wonderful experience with Astoria Apartments so far! Alyx, the Property Manager, has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She was prompt in responding to my application, quickly scheduled my tour, and has been present and helpful every step of the way. The facilities are clean, updated, and very well maintained, thanks in large part to JT and the work he puts into the property. While I haven’t officially moved in full-time yet, Alyx and the team have been great about addressing any questions or issues I’ve had and making sure I feel taken care of. I also really appreciate the effort Alyx puts into creating a sense of community through resident events. The first one I attended was “Barks & Bubbles,” and it was such a fun way to meet other residents and feel welcomed. Overall, my experience with Astoria has been excellent. Alyx’s communication, responsiveness, and genuine care for the residents really stand out. I’m excited to officially call Astoria home!”

“Hi! I have lived here in Astoria apartments for roughly two years. I have lived downstairs and upstairs! I do like how the apartments are pretty spacious. The maintenance is very helpful. The grounds are kept nicely with plants and flowers mostly green grass and kept up every week. There is a small laundry room. I have a laundry washer and dryer unit in my apartment. The kids area is very small needs to be updated but definitely nice to have. There's an area with umbrellas a glass fire pit and barbecues to use for our community. There is a dog washroom which is really nice to have. There is a dog park that's gated. What I appreciate the most is how quiet it is here! It's a nice community apartment complex!”
